Wondering how to keep your door looking brand NEW? We have the solution for you! Below we have listed the Elite Entries preferred cleaning and maintenance procedures to protect your door the proper way.

CLEANING

  • Cleaning your door is one of the most effective ways to ensure a long life!

    • We recommend cleaning your door with Sprayway brand glass cleaner.  Use this for the metal surface and glass.

PROTECTIVE COATING

  • Applying a protective coating will also ensure a long life and keep the finish looking great for years. 

    • We recommend using a spray wax/ceramic coating (you can purchase this at Autozone, Home Depot, etc..)

    • If your door sees a lot of sun we recommend doing this every 3 months. 

    • Follow the application instructions on the bottle

SCREEN CLEANING

If you leave your screens installed all year you will need to take them out and spray them off and let dry.  The screens will trap dust, dirt, and debris and eventually, moisture on the window will bring all of that to the bottom of the door.  Screen cleaning may be more often depending on environmental situations.
